July 19th:
Bluemoose completed their 12 Wednesday residency at Butlins, Bognor Regis, UK on Wednesday last. A sincere thanks and appreciation goes out to the Butlins cast, crew and staff. Not only were you our work-mates and colleagues, but good friends and party buddies! We look forward to returning soon for the theme weekends!
Last night was the closing ceremony of ACC Bank Cork Week 2008 and it provided Bluemoose with the biggest crowd of the festival! Some of those who left it late to attend the massive event were left disappointed as the gates had to be closed early due to the capacity 5-figure crowd inside! Officially 'sold out', the boys performed a blistering set to end the biennial event. Thanks to all involved for making it a show to remember!!
Bluemoose will once again be headlining the Vikings MC Ireland annual custom & vintage bike show at Foley's, Garryhill, Co. Carlow on August Bank Holiday Saturday. Support on th night comes from White Riot, Leper Messiah & Ska Express. The usual trade stalls, camping facilities and strippers will also be making a return. ;)

May 29th:
Summer season is upon us again and with it brings the annual festival madness. Bluemoose will once again be headlining many festivals and annual events around the country throughout the summer. Some examples are Cork Week, Araglin Carnival, Boyle Street Festival, Vikings MC Bike Show, Wexford Boatclub Annual Barbecue, Cobh Regatta, Wexford Strawberry Fair, Ballyheigue Festival, Rose of Tralee Festival......

April 14th:
More exciting news this week as Bluemoose have secured a run of twelve consecutive Wednesday nights in the massive Centre Stage venue at Butlins, Bognor Regis, in the UK as part of the X-Factor tour!!
The concerts will include stars of the hit ITV talent show and with Bluemoose bringing the gigs to a close, it will see the boys perform to an average of 2,500 people each night.
The first of the concerts takes place on April 30th with the run culminating on July 16th. It's also possible the lads may feature in an ITV television programme highlighting the shows, due to be broadcast later in the year. Watch this space!

April 7th:
Bluemoose are delighted to announce they will be performing intimate 'unplugged' shows over the coming months! A Tuesday night residency has been secured in Wexford's Chocolate bar for the months of May-July. These gigs will have a relaxed atmosphere and will allow the guys to take a different direction and approach to their show.
Bluemoose return to action this coming Thursday refreshed and recharged after their 2 week break. McSorley's in Killarney is the venue, and will also host the boys on Friday night.

March 12th:
The Old Oak on Oliver Plunkett Street is the place to be in Cork City on Monday to celebrate Paddy's Day! With what has become an annual event, Bluemoose will be performing 2 shows; one late afternoon and one that night. Come along and join the party on what is sure to be a crazy day!

February 28th:
Rag Week season has been in full swing of late and the boys have been enjoying the party madness with various colleges. There was very good Karma in Athlone last week when an unprecedented crowd turned out on Thursday night to rock the club for AIT Rag Week. Bluemoose kicked off the NUIM Rag on Monday with another frenzied crowd at The Roost, where special effects included an exploding plasma television!! And last night was the turn of WIT's effort, which never disappoints. Bluemoose were joined on stage by top models Andrea Roche and Pippa O'Connor, judges on the night for Miss WIT, which was MC'd by Beat 102-103's Andy Mac.

February 8th:
It's been a very exciting opening few weeks to the new year in the 'Moose camp, with some fantastic shows already being had. As always the annual Old Oak Staff/Customer Party was fantastic, with various top musician friends joining the guys on stage, including RTE You're A Star finalist Pat Fitzgibbon, and the party continuing into the early hours!
College Balls have also been a highlight with some rocking' shows for UCD taking place at some very plush venues. At the UCD Arts Ball at the Leopardstown Pavilion, the Bluemoose show was preceded by a brilliant performance by Meteor Award nominee's The Corona's.
Bluemoose have also been to the rehearsel studio and some changes have been taking place. You'll have to come along to a gig to see exactly what these changes are ;)
